John Rich met Fred Gill in a bar (of all places) in 1998 in Nashville during FanFair. John was blown away by the passion Fred had for life and his ability to look at the good in all things. They kept in touch over the next several years and in December of 2004, Fred got a message from John Rich asking him to be in the upcoming Big and Rich video. Fred agreed, and the rest is history.

Two-Foot Fred plays a role in the MuzikMafia much larger than his shoe size. Fred does his part by introducing Big & Rich and dancing on tour and has made star-studded appearances since his debut in Big & Rich’s hit video, “Save A Horse, Ride A Cowboy”, including Gretchen Wilson's "All Jacked Up", Cowboy Tory's "I Play Chicken With The Train" and Cletus T. Judd's "Paycheck Woman". But there’s more to Fred than his 10-foot personality – he represents the MuzikMafia way…to love everybody, and to break down the walls telling you what’s right and what's wrong.

Two-Foot Fred is an example to us all that nothing can defeat you unless you allow it to, and that our lives are simply what we make of them.
